At CC Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every shopping experience with us to be enjoyable and worry-free. Please review the guidelines below before sending back any item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, kindly contact our customer service with your order number and item code. We will take full responsibility for the issue and arrange for our courier partner to collect the item from you.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
- Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- For hygiene reasons, accessories and innerwear are not eligible for exchange.
- Promotional and discounted items cannot be exchanged.
- Each order number is eligible for one exchange only.
- At this time, we do not offer returns - only exchanges are allowed.
Free Exchange Privilege
We offer free exchanges within the first 7 days. Whether due to a sizing issue or simply a change of mind, you may exchange for another piece of equal or higher value (with the difference payable).
Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive and verify your item, we will process the exchange within 3 working days. You will be notified once your new item is ready for collection or delivery.
