Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees Within Malaysia

We offer a flat rate of RM8 per order for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and RM10 per order for East Malaysia.
Shipping fees are waived for:

• Orders over RM200 within Peninsular Malaysia

• Orders over RM200 within East Malaysia

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days

• East Malaysia & Rural Areas: 5–7 working days

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

You may track your order using the tracking number provided via the courier’s website. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated time, please reach out to us for assistance.

Missed Delivery

If you're unavailable during delivery, the courier will leave a note with instructions to either collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.
